Debit Order Date

Its sad that you have an agreement with a service provide and they dishonor the agreement.

As per agreement made with MTN my debit order is suppose to run on the 20th of every month as it has been for the past 6 months, This month for some reason they decided to debit my account on the 25th and I do not know why. I do know as per agreement that should it happen that the 20th full on a weekend the debit order will run on the very next business day but this was not the case. The 20th of February was on a Thursday so I do not know why they decided to change the date and I did not receive any communication with regards to this.

It would be sad if I had a different situation and I did not have funds in my account such would actually end up impacting your credit score and also leaving my current account in areas cause i was under the impression that all my debit orders ran on the day as per agreement.

I don't think having a contract with such a company would be a good thing for any person knowing they might not honor the agreement you have with them.
