Debit Order
I have a signed up for a 24 month's contract with MTN with a fixed debit order, however they are not debiting the agreed premium. Can someone please explain to me how's that possible??

22 Oct 2019, 17:42I was never notified of this changes, this is not a prepaid rather a contract so I expect to be notified of any changes in my contract. I was never notified of my new debit order that is deducted
