Debit order

Hi I called the call centre cancel department spoke to Nokhanya asking her to tell me the bill of my contracts breakdown, she doesn't want to understand and I asked her why I'm being charged 500 tor vat when my bill is suppose to be what I've app**** for contract she doesn't know how to answer it and she dropped the call on my ear and left me hanging that's unprofessional
