Debit order cancel!

I tried to cancel my contract numerous times went back and forth to mtn shop where shop assistant would put me through to mtn call centre someone pics up transfer s the call and keeps me hanging...for months asked mtn via email phone calls to cancel my contract that has already expired yet they keep on deducting monthly I need someone in charge of this call centre to look into this immediately...
