Debit Order Came off 10 Times this Morning

I have a Debit Order of R 169 that I comes off evey month and I get 4.5GB Data and 100 Minutes for this

This Morning the Debit Order of R 169 came off 10 times

I Called at Least 20 times been put through from one person to the next trying to sort MTN's Error out and couldn't get any response. I finally got a email address of someone there but I still haven't Heard anything back. The Incorrect Debits need to be refunded to me Immediately.
