Debit order amount adjusted

Plain and simple, if you don't check your debit order every month, MTN takes more than they should hoping you miss it, how can I say this, because it's not the first time!<br> My debit order is R289.00 a month fixed and capped, so what the hell is this - 2016-03-01 DEBIT TRANSFER MTN SP A****** - R 311.50??<br> I can't find any trace of it on the MTN Active portal, so MTN please refund my R22.50 immediately or inform me what the reason is for this debit, wich you can't cause there isin't any. Instead of spamming customers with junk competition sms's rather inform them of activities on their account!!
