Debit order after cancellation (Theft)

I cancelled my account the day before MTN's billing as discussed with a retentions consultant , She even sent me an sms confirming this.

This morning I checked my account and I see that I was still debited, this better be reveerresed else I will take this up as theft with SAPS etc.

REFUND BETTER BE DONE TODAY!!! *******
