Debit order
I cancelled my mtn contract 4 months ago, my sim is on prepared but they are still deducting my account. Call Centre gives wrong number for the retention department. They are all working from home so they can't transfer the call. MTN is the useless!!!!

Please can I have assistance, I paid the full cancelation fees and closed the account at the branch which called the call centre, I received an email with confirmation that the account has been paid up.
2 years later MTN has me listed as default on credit bureau.
How can this be rectified.
