Debit Order

So I've been struggling with mtn since last year this time. I took over a contract to only realise after 4 times of suspending my phone that one consultant suddenly told me I'm a cash payer for 3 months before they can activate my debit order? Paid 3 months and activated my debit order. Went in to several different mtn stores during the time several times per month. The last I went in it \apparently is already activated". It's been another 2 months"
