Unlimited month to month internet cancelation at anytime NOT so anytime as advertised. I was on a month to month plan home pro unlimited internet. I decided to cancel the plan and returned the free to use modem on the 21st of March 2026. Filled in the cancelation at pick n pay By the sea MTN store. This plan is always paid in advance. The reason I returned it on the 21st March 2026. I received two emails from MTN to say the cancelation scheduled for the 28th March 2026. Thus I went to my bank and made sure the debit order was canceled. Few days later I received anther email from MTN stating they changed the cancelation date from the 28th March 2026 to 04 April 2026. Today is the 5th of April and to my shock MTN debited my bank account again despite the debit order canceled. Not sure if this is ***** or 8 should open a case at SAPS.
