Debit order

I have a contract with MTN and I pay via debit order on the 17th of every month so someone called me on the 19/04/2024 regarding a new sale and she advised that the first payment would be taken on the 17/05/2024 however my debit order went off as normal on the 17/04/2024 and again it went off on yesterday the 23/04/2024😡😡 I called MTN and they kept passing me from department to department like a ****** 😡 and said they don’t know how this happened and it could be a mistake . They didn’t even have the decency to apologise to me and told me I must reverse it from my side ! This is bull**** 😡😡 you guys made the mistake and I must keep phoning up like one idiot . I received bank charges for disputed debit orders from my bank as well as that money was for another debit order but because MTN decided to debit me twice , my debit order couldn’t go through and it bounced back 😡😡😡and I had to pay extra charges for that . I need to get compensated for this !!! It’s not my fault that works for you are dumb 😡 as for the lady from rewardsco Reshmi or Reshma , she’s the one that did this . How the hell do you guys employ dumb people? I wish I never went with MTN and I don’t recommend anyone ! The way I got treated was pathetic and it’s disgusting
