DEBIT ON AN EXPIRED , CANCELLED CELLPHONE CONTRACT
What a dreadful, rotten, wicked service I received from MTN. 2 years ago I signed a cellphone contract (R 418.00) with them and it expired in December 2020. I called days after the contract expired to request all the debit orders to be cancelled on my bank account. To my surprise for January they debited my account with amount of R 107.91, I logged call, spoke to an agent who advised that the amount of R 107.91 was for insurance, which I asked them to cancel in December already. Again, in February, I see another debit from my bank account from MTN. I must now call again to ask for refund for 2 premiums. NO MORE taking a contract with MTN. ALL I DEMAND IS MONEY. my contact number is *** and the contract number is *** under my partner, however I was paying for it. Please sort this mess out and GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.
