Debit money wrongfully
My statement and invoice for March both states that I owe you R0 but yet you deduct the money from my bank account. I have queried this three times already. Credit my account as the invoice clearly states I do not owe you money

Please be advised that MTN created new systems for our client base, your account has been transferred from the old system to the new Illula system. The account was reconciled to reflect R0.00 and the balance for R879.02 was carried over to new system and debit was requested for this amount.
Debit is valid.
