Debit Gone off Waiting for Device to be Delivered

<p>I completed my upgrade about 2 weeks ago. My account has been debited for the new upgrade amount but i still have not received my phone. They constantly say the phone is out on delivery with RTT but to date i have not been able to contact RTT!!!! Service is absolutely disappointing. I am at a point where i feel like cancelling the contract completely. I dread to think what the next two years are going to be like. </p>
