Debit for **** credit account, even after ***** case.

Someone opened a contract in my name without approval. I opened a ***** case, got all the documents that MTN asked submitted and I was told that the account was closed and would not get a debit order, but the debt order still came through.

From someone opening and account without my approval to now getting a debit order for the same **** account I got closed. Something is very wrong at MTN.
