Debit but not render services

Took a month-month router in September that never worked till now. I have been sent from pillar to post with no assistance, everyday is a new story. MTN Walmer Park in Port Elizabeth, they were very useless didn't even bother trying to assist. Ohhh MTN debited and never rendered the services. The one star is a lot, it should be nothing how can you debit and not render any services what kind of **** is MTN
