DEBIT AFTER CANCELLATION?!
Hi, im really frustrated!! I called on 10 June as requested to cancel my contract and delete the number a month before my 24 months is up as TOLD by MTN to do. The last debit order was said to go out at the end of June and the number to be cancelled no longer than 7 July. Now today i get an sms that I was debited?!! R409 when my contract was R399?! <br> <br> I have reversed the payment, please fix on your system that i am not in arrears because i know asking you to return my money is not going to happen!! After 6 years of loyalty contracts with you guys. Smh mxim<br> <br> ***

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced. It was never our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We've perused your account and see that your number ending with 7273 has been cancelled/migrated over to prepaid on the 21st of July 2015. The invoice dated the 20th of June 2015 was the last valid invoice generated.
The R10.00 increase on subscription is due to the rate change we had in April 2015. All customers have been affected by the rate change. Please refer to your subscriber agreement form and read clause 4. Charges.
4.2. MTN SP may change any Charges, which changes will be effective from the date stated in a written notice to you.
