Debacle I knew nothing about
I got my first ever contract phone with MTN in 2009. I then upgraded in 2011 and my contract ended 2013, my then number was transferred from contract to pre-paid. I used the number until 2016.
This week I went to Centurion mall, trying to apply for a new contract. When I followed up, I was told my application was declined as my last contract with MTN was handed to legal. This was a shock and breaking news to me, as I honored my contract till I the end.
Can someone please have a look at this ?
