DEAR MTN

I have a contract with MTN Walmer Park, PE. I requested that a limit of R10.00 be set and was guaranteed that the account would NEVER be more than R609.00 a month. I asked the consultant 3 times if he is sure of this as I do not want the contract if it is going to be more than this amount. Each time I was promised that I would NEVER be billed more than R609.00 a month. I then signed the contact under the terms that the contract amount would not exceed R609.00 a month. I went into store in May to enquire about the balance of the account. I was informed that my account was R1400.00! I was told that the limited was on the system but not yet activated and would be activated immediately. AGAIN I asked if he is sure and AGAIN I was guaranteed that the limit would be activated. I was told that a query would be logged as the amount would be debited off of my bank account as it was too late to cancel the debit order. I was guaranteed that I would be credited for the money that gets debited within 21 days. Since then, I have been billed as follows: 25 May 2015 - R935.80 and 25 June 2015 - R1492.55. I have not been credited for either of these amounts. I will be contacting ICASA on Monday!!!!
