Deals offered for renewals

<p>MTN offers fantastic deals . Only if your contract expires during the festive season.Come January, the deals are downsized .Why ? are we not customers too.</p> <p>I have been complaining about this on their twitter account and been getting the run around.Told to call the customer service who also sending me elsewhere .Basically MTN is avoiding the issue or cannot answer the the complaint.</p>
