Deals advertised , but no one have receaved stock

I have been contacted by one of your braches regarding my contract that can be upgraded (i.e. get a new phone). I then went in to the Somerset West branch who contacted me and when I decided on the phone /deal (Samsung Note 4 on the 5th page of your Feb 2015 Yello deals) they told me that they have stock of the phone, but when I asked for the deal as advertised (with a free cover ) they said that they do not have stock yet. I told the gentlemen that I am not going to take the deal as is as I want the advertised special. I called a view branches and most of them had phones but not the stock with the covers (Not that it was sold out , but never received it. ) I then noticed that I can call MTN direct for free delivery thinking that if the branches have no stock at least these guys would have , after all it is the second week of this special. Well what a surprise they did not even have stock of these phones with the covers yet. I then went is to Stellenbosch branch who also told me that they do not have stock yet, but could express order it and hopefully have it by Friday and offered to contact me once they received it.<br> My problem is why advertise something if you do not have stock
