Dealing with MTN is like banging your head against the wall
Have now been trying to print invoices from MTN. Impossible. The Phone App you can see the invoices but when you ask to email to print is sends you a daily usage statement. When they email me an invoice it does not print any of the detail but only the letterhead. The manager at Garden Route Mall office managed to get some emailed to me but again the same print problem. NO Detail. All this for a VAT invoice

13 Jul 2020, 15:43Good Day. I received your invoices via the local Branch Manager Ashraf Sodoms. Cannot print the invoices. The header and bottom of the page 1 prints but no invoice value detail. The page 2 prints in full.
