Dealing with issues plus bad customer service

The leak of customer service and set agreement are never mate with MTN and even when reaching out to correct what is now impacting you, the attitude is which the matter is handle doesn't not show like they want to have you as a customer still. All this is happening after been my service provider for 13 years. Clearly I'm no longer welcome at MTN.
