deal went wrong
<p>I saw an advert on my cell phone indicating that I can buy 6 gb, 2 gb are used during the day and 4gb for 12am to 6 am for R99 per month. to my suprise R732.26 was debited from my account. The consultant Mr Tivani failed to explain to me about the product and its hidden costs. When I enquire from the Polokwane shop in Mall of the North, they say I have used more data than required. But when data was finshed it said I must buy it never allowed me to surf the net. I want this contract cancelled or they rectify their mistake. They must give what they have advertised. The ref. number is ********** 99.</p>
