Deal .... not a deal. Poor data connection and NO HELP WHATSOEVER

I am really frustrated with MTN. Your call centre is of no help. I have poor data conncetion and when I call for help on 083135; they refer me to call 083 180 or 083155 and they then refer me to each other. There is no accountability and no data connection. I thought that I had purchased a good deal but no I am having doubts. I now have to buy data on other networks because MTN themselves don't know how to help.
