Deactivating my number without concent.

I would have loved to give them a 0 rating.

My pre-paid number has served as my business contact number for over two years, and it appears to have been deactivated without any prior notice, consent, or communication from MTN.

As a business owner, I re**** heavily on this number to manage client and supplier communications, receiving numerous calls daily. My customers and suppliers are now unable to reach me, as the number is marked as "out of service," which has led to a loss of income.

I have tried to contacting your help desk, head office, and my nearest MTN retail branch, but unfortunately, none of these channels have been able to assist me in resolving the matter, simply pulling up their shoulders one after another.

I am forced to get a new number and spend alot of money to change my shop branding, reprinting business cards, flyers, vehicle branding and other advertising materials—all of which come with significant financial implications.

This has caused irreparable damage to my business, and MTN does not care a bit.

Why should I be held responsible for covering the costs of these business changes and losses for their ultimate bad performance and client service, as a small business owner this sets me back tremendously.
