Deactivate account for no reason

After being transferred from Autopage where I had been for many years my account got deactivated for "exceeding my limit of R1031". I had bills in excess of R10k with no problems. Account is paid via debit order and there has never been any issues. Now MTN is giving me a run-around to get this working again. Have been holding on for more than 90 minutes to activations on a borrowed phone, no answer. Nobody seems to know what is going on I was even told to go into a store which I did and still no luck. Gross incompetence? I cannot make calls so do not ask me to call. This is pathetic.
