I app**** for a deal with mtn and all went smoothly until I received the confirmation email. Then I saw that the address and contact number was wrong, this after specifically giving the correct details and being assured that the correct details will be sent for delivery. Then after 3hours of unsuccessful attempts to rectify this, by calling various numbers given to me by various "service champions" (as MTN deems, but far from it) and even being dropped, I gave up. How is it that no department, of which I called 5 at least, is able to give me the correct process? COMPLETELY ***********!!!
