Days of our (MTN) lives Series 3

I don’t have a library book at the moment so when I’m bored I log into Hello Peter and read the complaints about MTN, keeps me busy for days. But when reading through these pleas for help, I also find a MTN statement that pops up on the side of the page. It says MTN are company that responds on Hello Peter with the average time of 0.1hrs. Perhaps that is their computer generated reply to calls and emails. I don’t know if it is a pop up on my computer only, but if that’s not the case, surely Hello Peter should remove it. MTN are absolutely useless and definitely not a “company that responds” and especially not within 0.1 Hrs??? Over 56 000 people on this website I’m sure, would agree. The below MTN statement also has the word “committed” in it. The only connection to that word they have, is getting their customers committed, after being driven insane, trying to get some human response out of them. I am still waiting for over a month for a person from MTN to respond to me – wishful thinking.
