I received my account which was R1000 more than any previous account I have ever received. I have a Blackberry and still get free data from BIS but last month I was charged for my data. Upon calling the call center I was told \someone must have used your phone or you downloaded software"... Neither statement is true. I was told then they would investigate and revert. I've not heard a thing and e-mails are simply not returned. The amount \""due\"" was collected from my account today and I am desperate for that money"

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
When browsing on the blackberry net. APN it is zero rated because you have the Blackberry services. However, when browsing or downloading from other APNs they are chargeable, you have been browsing/downloading using other APNs which is why your data bill came up to R603.66 (excl.vat).
