Absolutely disgusting service! Ive sent 10 emails to them advising I'm abroad and I cannot reach them via 083 135! Told them to call me re 2 LINES which i want to downgrade. 2.5 weeks later i get smses asking to rate the service of their consultants - when NOBODY has called me, all the while whilst they continue to dilligently rob me and deduct my debit orders. I've written 3 further emails now wanting to cancel BOTH my contracts!! **************** with no care of customer service nor interest in retaining their customer of 20 years!
