I app**** for an uncapped home WiFi, priced at R499 in December 2021 and to date I am not able to connect to the internet. I've placed queries, visited MTN shops, without any joy. Small percentage of their call centre consultants wishes to help, however one get a feeling that they are restricted, and the remaining ones are just arrogant. Despite all this MTN has informed me that I owe them R900.
