I was debited R1409.50 when my debit should be R699.00 . God knows why and then 2 days later my service is suspended.

Honestly been a terrible experience and no response on mail or on twitter and I can't call because my service is suspended. This is equal to ******* and will be taken further, you can't keep getting away with such ********** service
