A representative from MTN called me to inform me that the package I’d been on has been discontinued and that they were offering a new package. The package I then was upgraded to included 20GB of data a month ( a call they said was recorded ). I have since only had 2GB loaded as opposed to the promised 20GB and all of a sudden none of my emails and DMs are being attended to.

Completely ignored on every platform and kept on hold while I have to pay in excess of R1800 for their cellphone contract.
