Absolutely NO HOPE of cancelling my MTN contract. Their retentions department is utterly useless as there is no response. I've called their retentions department more than three times on different days and each time I've been placed on hold for over 45 minutes with no consult to be connected to. I've tried mailing their retentions department and been given ref number *** weeks ago and still no one has responded to my request. What on earth does one have to do to cancel a month to month contract of R34? (Which by the way I'm being charged R89 instead of what the contract stipulated. More than double the agreement) Someone PLEASE HELP!!
