I handed in my phone for repairs over the Easter Week-End. 2months later I called to enquire they told me it is still in for repairs. I called back again 3weeks later, they said it cannot be fixed because the lady who took my phone in forgot o tell me to switch 'find my IPhone\ off. A whole 3months later!!! I asked for my phone to be sent back and I will have it fixed myself. It is now 6months later and I am still waiting. They told me I need to pay R336
