I have been a contract customer of MTN for a very, very long time and I am aware this does not make me special. I contacted the call centre on 809 about a month ago to query why my carry over airtime had reduced drastically (by approximately R1500). I was told that in about August last year their carry over policy had changed from 5 months to 2 months. Apparently the marketing department had sent notices to this effect which I have still not seen. This call was followed up with an email and miraculously I received a reply with a reference number. Unfortunately that was the end of their communication although I emailed them again.

The big problem I have with this is that I signed a 24 month contract which stipulated the carry over limits for the data and airtime etc. How can MTN just write off R1500 worth of my airtime which I have paid them for??? I will definately go further with this ****************.
