I called MTN retentions earlier today and I was given a refference number : ********** 04 as I wanted to cancel my new line my new monthly subscription is R599 and I had calculated my committment to be R14 376 for the whole 24 months,but to my surprise I was told that I would be charged R15398.83 to cancel I am shocked as to how cancelling my contract would be more than my committment to MTN can someone kindly explain this ****************!!!!!!
