I loaded the 24hr data bundle within minutes my own personal data was finished.....I was supposed to use up the 24hr data first till it expires...I spent R40 on that data and you guys just rip me off.....I deserve an explanation because this is not right!

Kindly be advised that on the day the bundle was loaded you had data share and when you are sharing your data when the other person is connecting to the internet, first preference is taken from the volume bundles you have over the 1 day bundle. Hence the depletion was with the volume bundles first.
