****************

As an ongoing issue I continue to receive \content charges"on my data contract with MTN. Each time I am being promised that it would be resolved and a credit passed but nothing happens. To date I have not received one phone call explaining what is going on. My kids aged 6 and 8 uses my iPad to play games and stuff and do not have the cell number nor my password nor the legal ability to enter into any contract so how can MTN be above the law and contractually levy fees against my account. I have been told over and over that the ONLY way content charges appears on my contract is if I have \""opted in\"". Well neither me nor my kids have opted into any contract and these charges are ********** at best. Calling 808 is a waste of time as they just put me on hold and never get back top me..."
