When upgrading my contract, the monthly specials indicated that 3x10GB of data will be given for all LTE devices.<br> So I upgraded, the store advised that they now give all at once (30GB) but is still valid for 3 months.<br> Suddenly now after a month all data has expired. I called in to MTN SP and all that the lady could say was \Sir

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Kindly be advised that for 3 months only you will received the 30GB.
The upgrade has been activated 16-10-2015 for the 3 months you will receive the 30MB on the 16th and this is only valid for 30 days. Then on the 11th you will receive the package data and min allocation.
The terms and conditions do state this. Please refer back to the Yellow trader addition for December 1 to December 28.
