Daylight ******* on Data Service

MTN doesn't even deserve a star from me for the bad service iv been getting from them!! Been using MTN same number for almost 15 years now but recently been having issues with MTN Data. Iv recently realized that evetime i load data, it reflects on my phone but doesn't work, so im losing money & not getting any services. Its happened maybe 8 times now, this is daylight ******* and is very frustrating. Ever since i noticed this, been calling their customer service helpline #135 for help but got no changes. I feel like they dont care coz otherwise this issue was supposed to have been sorted by now Right now i need a refund for all the money lost to nothing, then thry fix the problem or otherwise im porting to another network...
