The worse night mare to ever experience guys I’m not lying this call Centre called me fir an upgrade first the upgrade could not ho through and she ask if there is anyone else i open it on my daughter’s name but to our surprise we never received any of the items but my daughter’s name is blacklisted i paid R278 to cancel the contract just to clear her name. Then I upgraded i handed the old router in at Centurion branch they now demand R10000 from me for what i don’t really know because I called retention and gave them the IMS number
