Daylight ******* by MTN SA

I am deeply dissapointed with this service provider, I've been with them for more than 10 years, I've experienced multiple episodes of poor administration and incorrect billing however the latest one tops the list. Four months ago I traded in two perfectly fine devices with the promise of my new devices being discounted, yet here I am paying the full amount, so they basically STOLE my devices in broad daylight, I am paying almost twice my monthly bill, and nobody will take accountability, the store says it's the billing department, billing says consultants submitted incorrect contracts, and as this bill accumulates, and both my numbers are blocked I am left to incur all this responsibility, when I should have just trusted my gut and went with another provider. I have reached a point where I am absolutely defeated. Please do not choose MTN in the future, do not believe their marketing efforts because it's one big ****.
