My name is Amose Dlangamandla, I signed up contract with mtn for data,they send me sim card with data and they promise to deduct money on my account monthly but they didn't I called them several times to deduct money but they keep on asking for my bank details and I give it to them and I paid the money I owed to on of mtn shop in Birch acres mall in Tembisa Gauteng and they promise to deduct money on my account on the third month I didn't even notice that they didn't deduct money from my account they stop my line and they said I must pay for two years if I don't they will send my name on credit berue, I thought they are just saying but they send my name on credit berue now I can't do anything if I ask them to pay them monthly until I finish, they said I must pay for 24monts if I want to take my name out of debt review and I don't have that kind of money and they aer the one who fails me by refusing to deduct money on my bank account and there's always money on my account.
