day light *******

my aunt Maltar Mokoti took her phone in to the store in Westgate for repairs on the 7th April 2021. when she returned to check on the progress she realized that the store was closed permanently. Fortunately there is a second store within the mall. She went there to inquire and spoke to Mpho who directed the issue over to her manager. The manager confirmed that everything at that store was shifted to their store except her phone. It seems the phone is untraceable and nobody is bothered to do a follow up.This is theft and someone needs to be held accountable, day light ******* to a pensioner!!!!
