Day light *******

MTN retentions team still fails to answer their phones in order to cancel my contract! They have also ignored all my emails. Customer care center obviously doesn't care. All you get from these people is an automated email response. With such treatment, how do you expect people to take up contracts with you? Be wise people. Being forced to stay in a contract that I do not need and have been told could be canceled is day light *******!!! DO THE RIGHT THING MONEY THEFT NETWORK(MTN)!
