In December 2021 someone took a contract under my account, I sent MTN an affidavit and certified copy of my ID, still today they haven't resolved the issue and they're still deducting money from bank account. Second Issue, I have canceled my contract I had with them in January 2022, I call and check if that request was put through, they tell me the contract is still active and it's on a month to month.

I am so annoyed with them as I have been them since 2014 and yet they fail me big time nxa!!!
