My SIM card just decided to stop working on my phone. It was reporting on the phone No Sim. I went to mtn for sim swap they telling me I need to pay R150.00 cause it’s a contract sim. I find this as daily ******* cause i didn’t misplace my SIM card it is their factory fault cause it stopped operating while in the phone. Which is big inconvenience for me cause I couldn’t be reached, and now I am expected to pay a R150.00 that I didn’t budget for
