well well MtN what a bunch of cheat's, after getting a bill for 18k for whatever Data we allegedly used (they cannot explain) as our 3G modem is capped at 3GB we got our line suspended as of 02 06 2015. <br> any attempt to contact MTN failed as they don't answer their phones. but the sad story is they take our money without a fail, and don't provide the service we paid for. any attempt to cancel the contract failed as there is no answer from MTN no call no e-mail (auto response excluded).MTN we are stopping any further debits as or 01.08.2015 until we either receive proof of the data was used by us, further we would like to point out a credit is due for services not provided and a confirmation that the account's are cancelled.
